What is Vino Versity?

Exciting news for wine lovers! North Coast Winey partnered with our own Lorrie Sinkhorn( advanced Sommelier). She has created Vino Versity.

On the fourth Tuesday of each month, a different subject will be taught, from wine basics to food pairings to regions around the world. Come and take a deep dive into the world of wine. Only 20 seats are available, so reserve your spot early.

Vino Versity $25 April 22nd, 6-7 pm Private wine classes and tasting.

Details of the April event:
Wine tasting techniques: the five S's: see (observe color and clarity), Swirl (release aromas), Sniff (identify aromas), Sip (taste and note flavors), and Savor (consider the finish). There are other techniques, too!
